You are results-oriented, a good communicator and able to project Fastned’s vision and values. You have a good balance of strategic thinking, business judgment and commercial drive. You like to negotiate and see projects through to completion. We’re growing and you fit right in with a high degree of independence, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done, and a willingness to move fast. In addition, you check off the following boxes:

3+ years of relevant work experience;

A bachelor’s/master’s degree;

Real estate development experience and local real estate regulation knowledge is a plus;

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Dutch is considered a plus ;

Strong analytical, project management and influencing skills;

High degree of independence combined with an action-oriented mentality;

Open to regular travel in Belgium and Europe;

Availability to join Fastned on a full-time basis – we will not consider freelance

Job requirements
You are a real team player and you have the ability to think on your own feet – you feel comfortable taking initiative and responsibility. You are not afraid to make mistakes and you are always keen to keep on learning. “Think like a founder” is something you identify easily with. Additionally, you tick the following boxes:
Must haves:
- You hold a relevant degree, e.g. in civil engineering (or an equivalent experience);
- A minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar role (preferably at a construction or civil works company);
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of initiative;
- Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritise your tasks efficiently, you have an eye for detail;
- Willingness to travel within BeNeLux;
- (Near-)native level of Dutch and fluency in English are a must;
- Driver’s licence;
Nice to haves:
- Experience with construction along highways;
- Proficiency in French.
