You like to negotiate and see projects through to completion. We’re growing and you fit right in with a high degree of independence, a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done, and a willingness to move fast.     3+ years of relevant work experience;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    A bachelor\u2019s\/master\u2019s degree;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Real estate development experience and local real estate regulation knowledge is a plus;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Dutch is considered a plus ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Strong analytical, project management and influencing skills;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    High degree of independence combined with an action-oriented mentality;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Open to regular travel in Belgium and Europe;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    You are a real team player and you have the ability to think on your own feet – you feel comfortable taking initiative and responsibility. You are not afraid to make mistakes and you are always keen to keep on learning. \u201cThink like a founder\u201d is something you identify easily with. Additionally, you tick the following boxes:<\/p>\n

    Must haves:<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • You hold a relevant degree, e.g. in civil engineering (or an equivalent experience);<\/li>\n
    • A minimum of three years of previous experience in a similar role (preferably at a construction or civil works company);<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organisational skills and a high level of initiative;<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work in a structured manner and prioritise your tasks efficiently, you have an eye for detail;<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel within BeNeLux;<\/li>\n
    • (Near-)native level of Dutch and fluency in English are a must;<\/li>\n
    • Driver\u2019s licence;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
