Highlights of his experience include the following:
- Oge spent 12 years in Corporate & Investment Banking working for Barclays, RBS, and BNP Paribas respectively as an analyst. He covered a range of industries such as Healthcare, Public Sector, Defence, Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, Professional & Property Consultants, Multinational Law Firms, Media & Telecoms and Advertising.
- He has worked on a variety of energy projects both in Ghana and across the African continent. Amongst other roles, he also focuses on Business development on the African continent.
- He has experience in Solar PV, Battery, Hybrid and Mini-Grid Projects, across both Utility scale and the C&I space.
- Oge has project managed EPC and Lease-to-own projects from conception to operational execution and transition into O&M.
