Kofi is the Founder & CEO of ChargeAM. He is a serial entrepreneur and venture builder in the global energy transition space. He is passionate about problem solving by developing solutions, concepts and projects from inception to tackle global climate challenges. He specialises in developing the venture strategy, raising finance and building and leading carefully selected teams to imagine the possibilities, execute and build beyond them.
Highlights of his experience include the following:
- In 2012, he founded PASH Global a company focused on developing and investing in renewable energy assets in the emerging markets.
- PASH along with a co-investor owns the largest solar farm in West Africa, a 50MW plant in Mali.
- PASH is the largest distributed generation company in Puerto Rico. The African and Latin American continents are a major focus of PASH’s investment strategy.
- Prior to founding PASH, Kofi was an energy and infrastructure lawyer based in London, practising at magic circle and US firms.
